1. Eligibility

To use the Portal, you must:

2. Purpose of the Portal

The Portal is designed exclusively for:

• Submitting model applications
• Uploading required materials (photos, videos, measurements, etc.)
• Communicating with the MMBI Bikinis team regarding casting or onboarding
• Managing your applicant profile

Use of the Portal does not guarantee casting, selection, or employment with Frankies Bikinis.

3. User Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• Ensuring all information you submit remains accurate and up to date
• Not sharing your account with others
• Not attempting to access or interfere with other users' accounts or data

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content You Submit

By uploading content (photos, videos, text, measurements, etc.), you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use the content
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• The content is appropriate, lawful, and relevant to your application

You grant MMBI Bikinis a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to:

• Review your submission
• Use your content internally for casting, evaluation, and communication
• Store your content securely as part of your application record

We will never use your content publicly or for marketing without your explicit written consent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Upload explicit, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with Portal security
• Use the Portal for any purpose unrelated to model submissions
• Harass, impersonate, or harm others

Violations may result in account removal and potential legal action.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

We collect and process your information solely for:

• Evaluating your application
• Communicating with you
• Managing internal casting and onboarding processes

Your data will be handled in accordance with the MMBI Bikinis Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Portal Availability

We aim to keep the Portal accessible, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free functionality
• That submissions will be received without technical issues

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Portal at any time.

8. No Guarantee of Selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee:

• Casting
• Employment
• Compensation
• Future opportunities

All decisions are made at our sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All Portal content, branding, design, and technology are owned by MMBI Bikinis and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Portal.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You submit harmful or fraudulent content
• We discontinue the Portal

You may request account deletion at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMBI Bikinis is not liable for:

• Decisions regarding casting or selection
